THE POLICY INITIATIVES INSTITUTE

We're a student-led organization seeking to revitalize policy action by the youth.

Using data from the University of Pennsylvania & the Congressional Research Institute, we found that:

Just 26% of Americans can name all 3 branches of the government (executive, legislative, judicial).

Just 37% of Americans can name at least 1 right protected by the first amendment.

Just 21% of Americans can identify how their representatives voted on legislation.

Our various solutions include:

Team 1 focuses on educating the populate of every country of the policies that their governments are enacting.

Team 2 specializes in building and reinforcing civil policy debates on current affairs and other controversial topics.

Team 3 works on rectifying issues in the government and ensuring the safety and well-being of a larger group of constituents.
